If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us by e-mail within 3 days from the date you receive the product. Products must be returned in the same condition as received. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than original condition will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee. Exchanges are made on all items that are
1) DOA (dead on arrival)
2) Significantly different from the description on the webpage.
For all returns or exchanges, please email us at dtlceo@gmail.com . Once all problems are relayed to us – we will issue you an RMA number. Once this RMA number is provided to you, you will be instructed to ship the item back to us to the same address. The RMA number MUST be printed or written on the shipping box. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE OR MARK ANYTHING ON THE PHONE BOX.
Products received later than 15 days cannot be accepted for return and NO refunds will be given. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment. Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Between 15 and 30 days following the purchase, we will accept the item for exchange.
